Mold apprentices, to put it bluntly, are to help the master. Generally, you are allowed to do all the dirty work, and the salary is not high at first. Don't feel that you are just an ordinary designer or engineer, and think that team management and construction are the things that leaders should care about, and don't pay attention to it at all.Opportunities are always reserved for those who are prepared. If you have not been prepared for this, you will stay out of every team building.
